The Precarious Banking System and the New World Order

In 2017 Joseph Huber wrote Sovereign Money in which he described our current electronic money system as a system of two separate loops that were interconnected by commercial banks. In the first system, the private sector, small, commercial, industrial businesses, along with insurance companies and hedge funds occupy one system, where money is created and issued and loaned out by approximately 4300 commercial banks and private banks. (1)  Something like this:


In the second system, the European Central Bank, and the Bank of Japan, US Government, Treasury, commercial banks along with the Federal Reserve occupy the second loop or the Wholesale sector. In this loop, the commercial banks are customers of the Federal Reserve. They do not issue money in this loop, but borrow and transact with the Federal Reserve, a private, non-governmental institution. (2)


The two systems have been largely independent, until September 11, 2019 when Federal money was injected into the private loop due to the pre-pandemic financial crisis. (3) At that point, globalist conversations proposed and initiated implementation of the Central Bank Digital Currency system that would look something like this, however our “national” bank would be subject to an international Central Bank:


To all who have been paying attention, especially in the latest developments of the 2023 Banking Crisis, none of this is news. The globalists continue marching towards their goals and have communicated the following intentions for the CBDC economy:


  • There will be one central bank to which all global citizens will belong, including the currently unbanked. (One scenario may be that countries are left with a few branches of a “national” bank that “bank” at the international central bank.(4)


  • Financial transparency and scrutiny on the level of the individual will be the new reality.(5)


  • Markets prefer totalitarian governments and democracy is messy.(6)


  • Total control will be exercised over financial affairs of nation-states.(7)


  • Cryptocurrency (unless it belongs to the FedNow (8) program) appears it will continue to be swept into the authoritarian dragnet as well, at least in the US.(9)


Certainties in the looming new CBDC world include:


  • Totalitarian control over every aspect of life to the small minutiae, including a record of all personal movements and monitoring of all purchases and transactions.


  • Punishment of dissenters through financial repercussions and controls, including limits or stops on buying and selling and freezing bank accounts, and resultant control over protest and dissemination of “misinformation” and online dialogue.


  • Further narrowing of economic competition as smaller businesses are squeezed out in favor of larger commercial hubs, such as Amazon and Walmart.


  • Increased system vulnerabilities to cyber attacks and power outages.


  • Increased ability of powerful nations to coerce and control weaker nations through seizure of digital assets and limits of commercial participation using tariffs and sanctions


  • Negative interest rates will affect the individual, who will be “disincentivized” from saving because money will lose purchasing power.


  • Greater power for monitoring tax compliance with resultant immediate penalties.


  • Transferring “surplus” from account holders for national or other debt.



The foregoing is not an exhaustive list. It is apparent that freedom of speech, religion, protest, public dialogue and dissent are going to be starved of oxygen until they whither and collapse. The existent buffers of cash transactions, privacy and private sector commercial banks is disintegrating. Payment systems like the new Amazon One, (8) when combined with a central bank digital currency and digital ID’s, spell the end of freedom in the west. (9)


For all of those watching, the foregoing means your options as a free thinking, and free speaking person are dwindling. This raises the question of what you should do.


First of all, you ought to be making determined and decisive steps to get out of the city. (10) Cities will become centers of mass control and authoritarianism, and enormous human suffering.(11) Cities do not produce anything except for hungry and violent people, and of course surveillance cameras, checkpoints and goons with tear gas and machine guns.


Second, you ought to be taking steps to grow your own garden, because the food supply is not only compromised through the meddling and perversions of Big Agra, but it will be just as impacted by the new digital reality as everything else. Independence for a little while longer means the ability to grow your own food, obtain and purify your own water, and generate your own electricity. Learn to treat ailments with simple but effective natural remedies.


Thirdly, if you believe in the Gospel commission and the sharing of the last warnings in the Scriptures to a dying world, take steps to support missions now. One day in the perhaps not too distant future, your ability to use the wealth that you have accumulated will be gone. Revelation 13 is clear – those who refuse the mark of the first beast of Revelation 13 will be severed from the commercial system. When this happens, the money that you have saved will be useless.


Those who are tempted to capitulate and receive the mark must remember that those who do so will be able to buy and sell for a short while, until the plagues begin to fall and destroy houses, lands, and people who received the mark by the unnumbered millions – Revelation 14:9-11; Revelation 16:2; Revelation 18:4. It is better to stand for liberty, and suffer with the oppressed people of God, than to bend the knee and receive the mark.



There is much more to say, but for now let us conclude with a short story.


Eric B Hare, the great missionary, once wrote an account of having to close his mission due to war, and the great human divide that resulted.



During World War II, I was in Rangoon, Burma, when the merchants closed their shops and dismissed their tired clerks. I saw them fleeing for their lives. I saw the banks close their doors, and the bankers flee for their lives. I saw the post office close, and the post office workers flee for their lives. I was in Rangoon when doctors and nurses put their weak, sick patients out on the sidewalks, and then fled for their lives. The Japanese army was within 75 miles of the city, and our last supply lines had been cut. At the zoo, the keepers shot the lions and tigers to keep them from starving to death, then they fled for their lives. At the leper and insane asylums, the warders opened the doors, then fled for their lives. And at the jail, just three miles from our mission station, the prison doors were opened, and 3,000 criminals came walking into town, while the keepers and the policemen fled for their lives. I was there. I saw it. I saw the last boat leave for India. I saw the last train leave the depot.

And I am going to tell you what happened, for in Rangoon God gave me a preview of the end of the world and the day of judgment.


Just two days before we escaped, I was packing away some of our most valuable articles when a well-to-do woman came into the mission headquarters and asked for Mr. Meleen, the mission superintendent. Mr. Meleen came out, and though I didn't mean to eavesdrop, I couldn't help overhearing the conversation.


"O Mr. Meleen, I have to go, and I can't take anything with me except a little suitcase and a rug for the journey," the woman said. "You may not know me, but I know you. I live in that grand home just a few blocks away where the coconut palms and the big mango trees are, and now I have to go and leave my lovely home behind. I hate to think of the thieves breaking in to steal and loot and plunder. Won't your mission people go over and take all my lovely furniture? Take my beds and my tables and my chairs and my beautiful rugs. I will feel so much happier if I know you mission people can use them."


And I heard Mr. Meleen say, "It is too late now. We are all packed up. We will be leaving any moment ourselves. We have been waiting to evacuate our church members, and when they are out we will be going too, with only a suitcase each. If we could have had some of those things three months ago when we were outfitting our clinic, we could have used every bed and chair and table. But now it is too late, too late!"


I saw the tears come to that poor woman's eyes. "Too late?" she groaned, as if she couldn't believe it. "You are going, too?" As she turned to leave, she threw her shawl over her face to hide her grief, and from her lips came the heartbreaking cry, "Oh, how I wish!”" Then emotion choked her words, but I knew what she wished. Yes, I knew.


I tried to remember if that well-to-do woman, just two blocks away, had ever helped out in the clinic program or the Ingathering program. I couldn't think of a single occasion when that poor rich woman did anything for humanity. Now it was too late and she had to leave everything behind, and oh, how she wished. (12)




While there is time to choose, choose wisely. The Bible clearly describes what is going to happen to the world in the time leading up to the second coming of Christ, and it is not a utopian millennium. A time of trouble is coming such as never was (Daniel 12:1), and there will be blood and fire and sorrow before the great and terrible day of the Lord – Joel 2:11.


While the day of mercy lingers, “seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near” – Isaiah 55:6. Reader, He is calling and searching for you today. “Today is the day of salvation” – 2 Cor 6:2.


Jesus left heaven and came to this wretched earth and died for you. He took your sins, and mine, on Himself. He calls to you to repent and believe the Gospel, to ask Him into your heart and make you a new person by His grace and strength. Today, right now, you can be free of guilt and shame, and worry and at peace with God through Jesus Christ. All who answer His call and forsake their sins will find salvation and mercy, joy and rest. And instead of fear when He returns, you will have peace, and will be able to say with the faithful, “This is our God. We have waited for Him and He will save us” – Isaiah 25:9.

Signature Bank, was one of the three initial banks that precipitated our current crisis and was supposedly shutdown due to insolvency. Its board declared that it was not insolvent and its shutdown was likely due to the cryptocurrency transactions it facilitated for New York City, particularly with respect to real estate.

In both cases, the financial opacity for the NWO was intolerable. Lack of ability to scrutinize transactions on the granular level caused the demise of these banks.

FAKE MONEY, FAKE SABBATH

FAKE MONEY, FAKE SABBATH Everyone knows it is a crime to print fake money, or to use it, also known as “passing it off”, as legal tender. If you want to go to jail fast, print fake money and give it to your buddies for their trips to 7/11. Why does the government get so bent out of shape if you make your own money? Because that’s their exclusive domain. The Constitution (Article 1, section 8) says that only Congress has the power to print money. And boy are they doing a lot of it! 38 Trillion of it in fact, and counting, and they don’t want any competition from civilians. Yes, if there’s anything left in the Constitution that the federal government actually takes seriously it’s the right to print money! The Bible says that we are to render to Caesar what is Caesar’s – Matthew 22:21. There is no doubt that regulating money is primarily the domain of government. Similar to ancient Rome, it has the faces of it's leaders on it. American money also bears the Great Seal of the United States, featuring the coat of arms on one side, and the so-called Eye of Providence on the other, a symbol which bears uncanny resemblance to the Eye of Horus in the rites of ancient Egypt, as well as the All-Seeing Eye in occult practices. God, the Creator and eternal sovereign of the universe, also has an exclusive domain, and he’s even more jealous about His authority than Caesar. Caesar has been delegated temporary oversight (by God) of civil government while this earth remains. But God has always retained sovereignty over religious matters. His domain is itemized in the first four commandments of the Decalogue, separated and enumerated on a separate table of stone to show unmistakably that this is the Creator’s exclusive domain. As part of humanity’s obligations to the Creator, God declares that the seventh day of the week is His Sabbath, and He blessed it as such. The Sabbath predates the fall of humanity – Genesis 2:1-3. It is the sign of His creative power – Exodus 20:11. It is the sign of His sanctifying power – Exodus 31:13; Hebrews 4:9, 10. The seventh day is “the Sabbath of the Lord thy God” – Exodus 20:10; Mark 2:28. God has exclusive jurisdiction over the Sabbath. It bears the great seal of the Creator – His name – the LORD; His title – Creator; His jurisdiction – heaven and earth – Exodus 20:11. God is far more jealous over His Sabbath than Congress is over money printing. The government will throw you in jail if you help it print money. But the Bible says that those who attempt to change the words of the Most High will be destroyed – Revelation 22:19. The Founding Fathers of America believed in the separation of church and state. But there has arisen new kings today “who know not Joseph”, nor the blessings that Providence bestowed on this great land in the past. The forces which are running America into the ground through debt will also establish a counterfeit Sabbath. Sunday sacredness will be exalted, and passed off to the public as the genuine article in much the same way any common counterfeiter makes fake Benjamins. If Congress jealously guards the right to print money, does it not think the God of the universe will jealously guard His Sabbath from counterfeiters? But that is what Sunday sacredness is – it is a counterfeit. It is the mark of the Papacy, and the sign of its authority. It is the Roman Catholic Papacy which boasts to have changed the law of God – it admits it is a counterfeiter. The Convert’s Catechism of Catholic Doctrine by Reverend Peter Giermann states the following: “ Question: Which is the Sabbath day? Answer : Saturday is the Sabbath day. Question: Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday? Answer: We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church in the Council of Laodicea transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday.” The Reverend Steven Keenan’s Doctrinal Catechism says similar: “ Question: Have you any other way of proving that the Church has power to institute festivals of precept? Answer: Had she not such power, she could not have done that in which all modern religionists agree with her; she could not have substituted the observance of Sunday, the first day of the week, for the observance of Saturday, the seventh day; a change for which there is no Scriptural authority.” There are many indicators which demonstrate that powerful forces are pushing American society toward a union of church and state and the imposition of Sunday rest laws on the populace. Jesuit-educated Erika Kirk, the new president of Turning Point USA, has given an interview where she laments the loss of Sunday blue laws, and has stated that society must be “retrained”. i On November 13, 2025, the Michigan House of Representatives passed House Resolution 222 which officially declares November 23, 2025, as “Christ the King Sunday”. Christian Nationalists today want the same thing Pius XI wanted when he wrote his encyclical Quas Primas in 1925 (which is referenced in the Michigan resolution), and created the original Catholic Feast of Christ the King Sunday. They want a union of church and state. The Michigan resolution was sponsored by Republican state Representative and Catholic, Josh Schriver, who also sponsored a resolution in September 2025 to honor Pope Leo XIV upon his election as pope. ii The White House has issued another press release honoring another Catholic holiday. First it honored Lent, and encouraged Christians to observe Lent, which is a festival entirely devoid of biblical basis. Now it has honored the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. iii The executive branch of government has declared that, “For nearly 250 years, Mary has played a distinct role in our great American story”, and “As we approach 250 years of glorious American Independence, we acknowledge and give thanks, with total gratitude, for Mary’s role in advancing peace, hope, and love in America and beyond our shores.” The attribution of God’s blessing and protection over America to Mary is idolatry, and blasphemy. Papist Jonathan Berry, architect of Project 2025’s Sunday provisions, has been ratified as Solicitor of Labor. The Department of Labor has wasted no time in moving toward a unification of church and state. It is hosting regular prayer services where federal employees are encouraged to pray and sing hymns. iv Berry has stated his intention to restore Sunday sacredness in America and use his civil authority as Solicitor of Labor to punish transgressors of Sunday rest laws. v Sunday laws are coming. He says, “Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.” On the other side is the ecumenical movement, the Papacy, the civil and apostate powers of government, and their false Sabbath, the eminent pagan day of the Sun. MICHIGAN HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES PASS RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH PAPAL HOLIDAY

On November 13, 2025, the Michigan House of Representatives passed House Resolution 222 which officially declares November 23, 2025, as “Christ the King Sunday”. Since we had never heard of this festival some research was in order. The Feast of Christ the King is an annual Catholic holy day instituted by Pope Pius XI in 1925 in an encyclical entitled Quas Primas, Latin for “In the First”. i SPOILER ALERT: If you have read papal encyclicals before, this one is just as pretentiously arrogant as the rest of them, full of flowery rubbish the substance of which is that the pope ought to be reinstated as ruler of the world, and outrageous lies about utopia on planet earth if this were to occur. The encyclical would be ridiculous but for the deadly serious history of the murder of millions of martyrs by the Papacy. Rome never changes. Quas Primas was written by Pius XI prior to the Lateran Pact in 1929 which restored civil power to the Papacy. In consequence, the encyclical is a manifesto for the restoration of the union of church and state, and contains a number of statements to this effect: If We ordain that the whole Catholic world shall revere Christ as King, We shall minister to the need of the present day, and at the same time provide an excellent remedy for the plague which now infects society. We refer to the plague of anti-clericalism, its errors and impious activities. [Anticlericalism is criticism of the clergy, especially clergy who are always meddling with civil power]. … Moreover, the annual and universal celebration of the feast of the Kingship of Christ will draw attention to the evils which anticlericalism has brought upon society in drawing men away from Christ, and will also do much to remedy them. While nations insult the beloved name of our Redeemer by suppressing all mention of it in their conferences and parliaments, we must all the more loudly proclaim his kingly dignity and power, all the more universally affirm his rights. … When we pay honor to the princely dignity of Christ, men will doubtless be reminded that the Church, founded by Christ as a perfect society, has a natural and inalienable right to perfect freedom and immunity from the power of the state; and that in fulfilling the task committed to her by God of teaching, ruling, and guiding to eternal bliss those who belong to the kingdom of Christ, she cannot be subject to any external power. … But how is this connected to Resolution 222? Why is the Michigan House of Representatives making resolutions to impose Catholic religious festivals on the people of Michigan, most of whom are not Catholic? The answer is that Christian Nationalists today want the same thing Pius XI wanted when he wrote Quas Primas in 1925, and created the Feast of Christ the King: a union of church and state. The Michigan resolution was sponsored by Republican state Representative and Catholic, Josh Schriver, who also sponsored a resolution in September 2025 to honor Pope Leo XIV upon his election as pope. Mr. Schriver has ties to the so-called Christian Nationalist movement and its ongoing efforts to unite church and state in America. In a 2023 talk radio interview on WCHY-FM, Mr. Schriver declared that “it's God who appoints our elective officials. Honestly, I work for God and not for man. And so I answer to one person, and that's Jesus Christ.” Mr. Schriver’s assertion that he is not accountable to the citizens of the 66 th district is something they will perhaps remember when they have occasion to revisit the ballot box. But we digress. More to the point, the Michigan House of Representatives has taken steps to unite church and state, a violation of the Establishment Clause which is extended to apply to the individual states via the 14 th Amendment. Bible prophecy foretells of a coming union of church and state in America, and in the world at large, and the imposition of the mark of papal authority, which is Sunday sacredness. It is not so far fetched as one watches events in the state of Michigan.

The Sun Is Setting on the British Empire

Humanity is accelerating toward the fulfillment of Bible prophecy and the events warned of in Revelation 13-18. Ecumenism is bringing Protestantism back into harmony with the Papacy. The wall of separation between church and state is under attack from religeonists who covet state power to compel their dogmas on the human population. We have passed another signpost. The Church of England split from the Roman Catholic Church in 1534 during the Reformation over a dispute about papal authority and the annulment of Henry VIII’s marriage. As a result of this schism, Anglicans have long had an established creed similar to the Westminster Confession of the Reformed Church. Like the Westminster Confession, the “39 Articles of Anglicanism” formally rejects the papal claim to universal supremacy for the Bishop of Rome. The 39 Articles of Anglicanism include the following: “As the Church of Jerusalem, Alexandria, and Antioch, have erred, so also the Church of Rome hath erred, not only in their living and manner of Ceremonies, but also in matters of Faith”; “The Romeish Doctrine concerning Purgatory, Pardons, Worshiping and Adoration, as well of Images as of Relics, and also Invocation of Saints, is a fond thing, vainly invented, and grounded upon no warranty of Scripture, but rather repugnant to the Word of God”, “It is a thing plainly repugnant to the Word of God, and the custom of the Primitive Church to have public Prayer in the Church, or to minister the Sacraments, in a tongue not understanded of the people”, “Bishops, Priests, and Deacons, are not commanded by God's Law, either to vow the estate of single life, or to abstain from marriage: therefore it is lawful for them, as for all other Christian men, to marry at their own discretion, as they shall judge the same to serve better to godliness”, and “ The Bishop of Rome hath no jurisdiction in this Realm of England.” The Popes assert they “hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty”. England rejected these boastful claims and the Pope’s presumptuous authority to dominate the minds and hearts of humanity. It is not a coincidence that while many other European countries were suffering under the oppression of the Inquisition, England was advancing toward empire. So vast was is influence at one time it was famously even claimed that “the sun never sets on the British empire”. But a great change has come. For some decades England, which never sufficiently distanced herself from Rome doctrineally, has been increasingly friendly toward the Papacy. Today, the globalism of the Roman pontiff is the globalism of King Charles III. The climate change agendas of Pope Francis and Pope Leo XIV are also shared by King Charles III, the latter of who’s father publicly advocated for population reduction and compared humanity to a “plague”. England is also adopting digital IDs and carrying out mass surveillance and censorship on its own citizens, a practice near to the hearts of the prelates of Rome, to be sure. And now, King Charles III, who holds the title of not only king but Supreme Governor of the Anglican Church, is headed to Rome to hold a public prayer ceremony with Pope Leo XIV. The leader of the Anglican Church has not engaged in public prayer with the Bishop of Rome for approximately 500 years. According to the Royal Palace, “This will be the first state visit, since the Reformation, where the Pope and the Monarch will pray together in an ecumenical service in the Sistine Chapel, and the first time the monarch will have attended a service in St Paul’s Outside the Walls, a church with an historic connection to the English Crown.” According to MSN News, Charles III will also accept a new title. “Charles is also being recogenised for the British monarchy’s historic association with the Papal Basilica of St Paul’s Outside the Walls in Rome, the seat of a Benedictine Abbey, and will be made “Royal Confrater” of the abbey.” Rome never changes. The Papacy has not retreated one letter from its false doctrines. It still claims authority over this earth. It still teaches the false doctrine of purgatory and forbids priests to marry, as well as many more false doctrines which Protestants, including Anglicans, object to. So why this ecumenical development today? The change is with the Anglican Church, which is drifting back toward the once-estranged mother as prophecy foretells. The light of sola scriptura that was brought to England by the Bible is being rejected. It seeks the company of the pope, the pretender to the throne of Christ. Like Israel of old, Anglicanism will say, “we have no king but Caesar.” Of all the Protestant denominations, Anglicanism is the closest to Catholicism. The pageantry and formal rites still have many similarities. England mirrors the union of church and state of Roman Catholicism by unifying church and state in the person of the monarch of England. It has no pope, but it has a king who claims to be the head of the church. Now that king will go to Rome. All roads lead there, it is said, and Protestantism has set itself to prove it.
